Refined Products Specialist

WeConnect Energy is currently recruiting for a Refined Products Specialist on behalf of our client, an energy company based in the UAE

This role is a permanent full time position, located in the UAE

Key Responsibilities and requirements

• Monitor and analyse global physical and paper refined product markets covering the full value chain of refinery-derived fuels including base oils, petroleum coke, carbon black and other specialty products. 
• Monitor and analyse supply and demand fundamentals, including refinery runs, maintenance and other relevant factors for global markets.
• Forecast prices for hydrocarbon products and contribute to the evaluation of sales, purchase tenders and ad hoc transactions
• Conduct in-depth analysis and present outcomes to Senior Management and team members.
• Train and develop junior/senior specialists on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective business objectives.
