Completions Supervisor

WeConnect Energy is currently recruiting for a Completions Supervisor on behalf of our client, an E&P Opertor based in Aberdeen.

This role is a 12-month PAYE position, based in the UKNS.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision and Leadership: Lead and supervise the completions team, ensuring all operations are performed safely and efficiently.
• Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement completion programs, coordinating with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with the clients safety standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular safety meetings and risk assessments.

• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support for completion operations, including well testing, stimulation, and intervention

   

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore completions, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Certifications: Valid offshore survival and medical certificates. IWCF Well Control certification is preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in completion software and tools.
