Drilling Supervisor

WeConnect Energy is currently recruiting for a Drilling Supervisor on behalf of our client, an E&P Operator based in Middle East.

This role is a Contract position, offered on an even time rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day drilling operations, including the coordination of crew activities, equipment, and materials to ensure the smooth execution of the drilling program.
• Ensure that all operations are conducted in strict adherence to safety policies, industry standards, and legal/regulatory requirements. Monitor work practices to minimize risk and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
• Work closely with drilling engineers, project managers, and other departments to plan and execute the drilling program. Ensure proper resource allocation, logistics, and scheduling to achieve project milestones on time.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in drilling operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role in offshore or onshore environments.
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and service providers in complex drilling operations.
• Proficient in drilling technologies, rig equipment, and safety systems
