WeConnect Energy is currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Negotiations & Agreements Specialist for our client, an energy company in the UAE. 

 

This will be a full-time staff position on expatriate terms. 

 

Key accountabilities: 

 

  • Lead negotiations for Gas Sales Agreements, ensuring favorable terms on pricing, delivery schedules, and risk allocation.

  • Manage key stakeholder relationships, including JV partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment on commercial objectives.

  • Oversee JV governance for gas and LNG projects, ensuring adherence to contractual terms, performance metrics, and decision-making processes.

  • Develop and manage Gas Sales Agreements, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless contract execution, risk mitigation, and compliance.

  • Monitor and assess contractual performance, resolving any disputes and ensuring that all parties meet their obligations.

 

Experience: 

 

  • With over 18 years of experience in the energy industry, ideally with international experience in Upstream projects
