WeConnect Energy is currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Negotiations & Agreements Specialist for our client, an energy company in the UAE.
This will be a full-time staff position on expatriate terms.
Key accountabilities:
Lead negotiations for Gas Sales Agreements, ensuring favorable terms on pricing, delivery schedules, and risk allocation.
Manage key stakeholder relationships, including JV partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment on commercial objectives.
Oversee JV governance for gas and LNG projects, ensuring adherence to contractual terms, performance metrics, and decision-making processes.
Develop and manage Gas Sales Agreements, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless contract execution, risk mitigation, and compliance.
Monitor and assess contractual performance, resolving any disputes and ensuring that all parties meet their obligations.
Experience:
With over 18 years of experience in the energy industry, ideally with international experience in Upstream projects
