Manager Strategy (Gas)

WeConnect Energy is currently recruiting for a Strategy Manager (Gas) on behalf of our client, an energy company based in the UAE. This is a full-time staff position (expat).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Gas integrated strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching corporate goals and industry best practices.
• Oversee the execution of strategic and related studies across the Gas business, with a particular focus on international growth opportunities across the portfolio.
• Provide strategic guidance and high-level oversight to ensure alignment between individual business line strategies and the company’s integrated objectives.
• Serve as a key advocate and communicator of the company’s strategy, ensuring buy-in from stakeholders at all levels and driving effective implementation across the organization.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading strategic initiatives for an energy company, preferably an operator in the Upstream sector.
