Finance Manager Downstream

WeConnect Energy is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager Downstream on behalf of our client, an operator based in the UAE. This is a full time staff position with expat benefits. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• The role focuses on equity management and financial oversight for major joint ventures.

• This role is central to driving performance, enhancing business outcomes, and maximizing value generation across segments like LNG and gas processing.

• Equity and Finance Management: Oversee and manage equity and financial aspects, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing returns. 

• Joint Venture Oversight: Lead the financial and operational management of a large-scale joint venture in the gas industry, maintaining compliance and profitability. 

• Performance and Value Generation: Conduct in-depth analyses and implement strategies to enhance performance and generate value across various business units.

Key Requirements: 

• Finance and Equity Expertise: A strong background in finance, equity management, and P&L oversight, with proven experience in market capitalization analysis and management. 

• Gas Industry Experience: Preferably brings direct experience in the gas sector, with a keen understanding of LNG, gas processing, and downstream markets.

• Analytical and Strategic: Skilled in business analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing value-generating strategies.
