Senior Completions Engineer

WeConnect Energy are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Completions Engineer to support an ongoing international drilling campaign in the Caspian region.  

Responsibilities 

• Design and implement completion strategies for deep-water wells, ensuring optimal production and well integrity 
• Develop detailed completion programs, including equipment specification, testing procedures, and operational guidelines
• Collaborate with drilling, reservoir, and production teams to integrate completion plans with overall field development strategies
• Evaluate and select appropriate completion technologies and methodologies to enhance well performance and longevity 
• Supervise and support completion operations on-site or remotely, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards Monitor and analyze well performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and troubleshoot issues
