Senior Well Intervention Engineer

WeConnect Energy are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Well Intervention Engineer to support an ongoing international drilling campaign in the Caspian region. 

Responsibilities 

• Design, plan, and execute well intervention operations to optimize well performance and ensure safe and efficient production.
• Provide technical expertise and support for well intervention activities including wellbore cleanouts, acid stimulations, fishing, perforation, and other remedial operations. 
• Collaborate with drilling, completions, and production teams to develop intervention strategies that maximize recovery and extend well life. Ensure all intervention operations comply with HSE standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. 
• Perform risk assessments and contingency planning for well intervention projects. 
• Analyze well performance data and provide recommendations for improvement.
